APPLICATION DEADLINE
The deadline for application is July 15th each year.
CLASS AND CLINICAL SCHEDULES
The didactic and clinical learning experiences you receive are integral parts of radiography education, and the student is expected to apply him/herself in a diligent, professional manner in order to acquire the skills necessary to develop into a competent, professional technologist. Routine class and clinical hours are from 8-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday; approximately twice per semester students will be required to rotate through DRMC for a noon-8p.m. rotation. Some evening and weekend clinical shifts may be required throughout your educational program and students will be advised of this schedule in advance.

Students will rotate through each of our clinical facilities located in Danville, VA; Martinsville, VA; and Eden. NC. Clinical schedules will be provided during the orientation phase.
COMPLETION/GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
To complete this program, students must complete all of the general education courses (pre-requisite and co-requisite), program specific didactic courses, clinical rotations, clinical check sheets and clinical competencies. Students must achieve a minimum of a C in each didactic and clinical course. Failure to do so will result in dismissal from the program.
ACADEMIC PROGRESSION
A final course grade of C in all course work, both clinical and didactic, is required for continued progression through the program. To achieve a C, ALL course work must be satisfactorily completed within the allotted time. Final grades below C will result in academic dismissal. Students who are awarded an incomplete I must meet the course requirements no later than mid-term of the following semester. Failure to do so will result in a grade of F and academic dismissal.

| 93-100 A | 4.0 grade points |
| 89-92 B+ | 3.5 grade points |
| 85-88 B | 3.0 grade points |
| 81-84 C+ | 2.5 grade points |
| 77-80 C | 2.0 grade points |
| 00-76 F | 0.0 grade points |
Graduating with Honors & Final GPA
| Summa Cum Laude (With Highest Honors) | 3.8 |
| Magna Cum Laude (With High Honors) | 3.6 |
| Cum Laude (With Honors) | 3.4 |
