Wound Healing Center

The Wound Healing Center provides specialized care for complex wounds which are often difficult to treat and require the attention of skilled professionals. The center treats wounds such as diabetic ulcers, leg ulcers, skin tears or lacerations, traumatic wounds, post-operative wounds & infections, and gangrene.

The goal of the Wound Healing Center is to offer individualized care and treatment plans for those suffering from wounds that are extremely difficult to heal. Patients at the center receive the highest-quality care from a physiatrist (a physician who specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation), as well as nurses who are specifically educated in wound care and wound care products.

The Wound Healing Center is located on the first floor of the J Building in the hospital. Patients may access the Center via the West Main Street entrance. Designated patient parking is available adjacent to the entrance.
